
Terms and Conditions
Booking and Cancellation
Parties are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is recommended to book your party 3-6 weeks in advance in order to get your desired character at the time and date of your choice.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. At least six advance hours of notice is required in the event of cancellation for a 100-percent refund. Events cancelled less than six hours of the start of an event will no be eligible for refund. Refunds will be processed through the booking site.
In the event a Believe cast member must cancel, you will be notified as soon as possible. You are entitled to a 100-percent refund if Believe must cancel.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be communicated within seven days from the date change. A $100 fee is due upon request of a date change.
Travel
We will travel to any venue within a 30-mile radius of Lufkin or Nacogdoches. Any travel over this amount must be communicated prior to booking and travel expense will be included in your fee.
Party Requirements and Safety
We are very space-adaptable, but do require a few things from the host:
